Our real estate agent suggested we get covered with a home warranty plan. She explained the process and the benefits to us until we felt confident enough to get a plan. To date our plan has been excellent, however we only had small repairs done. We’ll wait and see how the larger repairs turn out, but so far all is good.

Everything I baked was taking way too long in the oven. I called up and described the issue. I got serviced 2 days later, he said it needs a part. We waited for the part and then he replaced it. Oven is working good now.

All I can say is get yourself covered for years I was so skeptical and wouldn’t sign up I finally did and what a difference it makes to my life. Already had a bunch of repairs in the past I would have lost days of work just scheduling the service now it’s done for me instead of me calling the contractors they call me it’s so opposite what I went through before don’t be stupid like I was sign up now it’s really for your own peace of mind.

Lowest premiums for most coverage usually means not such a great warranty. As they say you get what you pay for but I must say I feel like I get way more than I pay for. I’m the kind of person who thinks everything thru and I calculated what I spend vs what I saved and bam it’s incredible.

I have always dealt with the same agent who gave me her extension. I appreciate dealing with an agent who knows me already and not feel like I’m talking to a stranger each time. I hope not to have to use my warranty again but I know I will because owning a home it’s inevitable that things go wrong once in a while. One more thing I want to mention every issue is treated the same whether it be a doorbell or a central system. I get super polite and downright friendly service and for that I say thank you I will remain your loyal customer hopefully for years to come.

Grandma came for an extended visit. The toilet in her bathroom started making the weirdest sounds in the world. I logged in and put my query. Next day we get the call from a local plumber who I previously had horrible experience with. I called ASAP and said no way I’m letting him in my house. They were understanding and scheduled someone else. He showed up did what he had to do and left with the service money. Happy ending at last.

So here’s the full story. We needed emergency AC repairs on the weekend. Shockingly someone answered the phone placed our claim and also got a contractor to come out all on Saturday!!!! I never imagined service on weekends that is UNHEARD of! I’m convincing my entire family to get covered and I’m gonna bug them until they do because this is one in a million wow I don’t have the words to capture my amazement.

Everyone hopes to never use they home warranty but you never know and that’s why it’s good to have. At the time we were closing on our house we had an inspection, after moving in we saw he completely missed some major system failures. I was exasperated. Then checked to see if we were covered under warranty thank goodness we were! I felt a huge burden roll off my shoulders knowing I was alone in this mess. The repairs admittedly took a while but it was our first time dealing with this kind of thing so whatever. That was our fault for not being enough on top of it. Basically this review is to say that our warranty saved us completely saved us. We would be who knows where without it. Super polite and professional when we called in and willing to explain what was and wasn’t covered and why. I’ll always keep my plan up to date I know how critical it is in a time of need.

Can’t get better service we basically had the rep holding our hand all the way through calling to make sure the tech contacted us, then calling to make sure they came on time and finally calling after the repair to make sure we were satisfied and all was working. They covered all the claims in the contract but the few that I requested that were refused were clearly stated in the contract that they weren’t covered so that’s ok. Vast majority of the time I’m happy with the service.

I so regret giving any money to total. I would like a full refund since nothing was ever done for me and all you did was take my money, but nice try if I think I’m getting any money back at all. I cancelled the card on file which was inconvenient for me, but it’s worth my while to stop giving them my hard earned money for absolutely nothing in return.

Service was incredible! I’ve been here almost 3 years and had many service calls. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. When my refrigerator broke and the tech sent the quote to the company, they offered me a check or a replacement. I chose the replacement I wanted and it was delivered and installed shortly.

Ok so our garage door just jammed we couldn’t go anywhere thanks to that. We couldn’t even open it manually. Then we remembered the warranty we just bought we never used it yet so we didn’t even know how to put in the request. We logged in online and were able to do it right there got a call back and scheduled and the guy came down and fixed it in a jiffy we were free to go to work thank goodness it went smooth.

Hey I wanted to share my experience online, we had a massive problem our AC just wasn’t cooling off the house. I called to place my claim I was slightly frantic as the weather here is quite scorching. Finally we got someone to come out the next day I would have liked faster but I know it’s busy season. He said we’re low on Freon he added which we had to pay mostly out of pocket then he found 2 more issues and those were covered. All in all it went OK we knew about the Freon thing from before since we read through the contract. I’m so far satisfied.

Repairman came out three times for the same issue I only paid one trade service fee which was fantastic. Eventually he replaced the part and now it’s working perfect. Awesome customer service. I can tell they really care about putting the customer first and that’s what I want to see. My last claim was for my dishwasher that was leaking all over the floor. The whole situation was taken care of by the next day. I’m rating 5 stars.

I love knowing that when something breaks I don’t have the headache of finding someone to come fix it. Plus my repairs get done for a fraction of the real cost.

When I call in all upset customer service calms me down and in general very polite and kind.

If I had to choose the best warranty company it would be Total Protect. I’ve been with two others in the past and just getting things done was a major hassle. From calling in to trying to get the repairmen out at a normal hour it was just so so aggravating. Now I don’t mind calling in and they schedule the service call for me!

Keep up the great work! Our AC unit blew 2 times and was able to use my warranty to fix it. It’s like a free fix in my eyes. Looking forward to working together more often in the future.
