After purchasing a warranty together with our home we’ve seen it come to good use. Our fridge and dryer were both acting funny so we got the guys to come down and assess the situation. So the fridge was replaced and the dryer was fixed both good now that would have been 2 big expenses at once.

My AC was giving me attitude so I filed a complaint with HSA. I was contacted that same day by the heating and cooling company. We scheduled for 2 days later because it was the summer and they were busy. We managed ok with fans till they showed up and fixed the issue.

So this is how our saga went. Our freezer had a leak and was leaking all over the place. We called hsa to place the claim but couldn’t get in touch with someone as quick as we wanted so we opted to place the claim online instead. That went smoothly, a little while later we got a call back and explained the issue. Then we called the service vendor and set up an appointment. They came within the window given which was great. He fixed the freezer and left. Two days later its leaking again. We placed another claim and requested a different vendor. They were understanding and sent us someone else. He looked at what the other guy did, shook his head and did some tinkering of his own. Its been working like new since then.

I feel it’s a good idea to share my experience with my claim. My ac wasn’t working and we had them come down to see it. The contractor said it’s not worth our while to fix it he got approval from hsa and the very next day he installed a new one and took the bad one with him. Quick and easy I’m enjoying the new ac very much.

Hey everyone so here I was in hot sticky weather on August 4 suddenly my house starts to feel hotter and hotter. Oh gosh there goes my AC ok now I’m screwed. I called to place the claim and sure enough I got a call to schedule the service for August 6. Turns out the issue wasn’t so major and it all went down pretty easy.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I need to let people know about HSA. They really keep to what they say, and come through. When my washing machine needed repairs, the tech came out that same day, identified the issue and ordered the parts. Two days later my washing machine was up and running again and has been working perfectly ever since. I am so happy with HSA and plan to renew my contract for as long as I can.

My elderly mother has been taken advantage of by every vendor sent out. They try to get her to pay extra for all kinds of things. I would expect more consideration being as she’s over 80 years old and without heat for a week already. Maybe this bad review will get you people moving.

First Furnace wasn’t working sent a company out fixed it for 2 days company comes back out to now replacing the furnace and HSA Quickly Reviewed the claim and got them out here to replace it.
