On Sunday morning the central vac was giving me attitude. I double checked to see if it was covered under my warranty, and saw that it was. I was able to get serviced about a week later, which was fine since it was obviously not an emergency situation. When the contractor arrived I showed him to the vacuum. He tested it a few times, and then he went down to the basement to figure out the issue. With the help of his assistant he found the clogged area and cleared it, and soon the vacuum was working like a charm.

My daughter kept complaining that her room was so hot at night. When I finally checked the AC unit in her room I realized it wasn’t blowing cool air. A real help to me and my family. We are a number of family members all in one not so large house so yes things do break down faster. The latest catastrophe was a leak right into the kitchen. Thank God we were able to be seen by a plumber within a few hours. You know it’s really important to catch these things before they become out of control so I appreciate that he was able to get down here in a short amount of time.

Water heater wasn’t up to par. I had the repair company out in my home within a short time. He said not worthwhile to fix, I’ll get approval to replace. The whole process was so quick and easy. We have a new water heater.

Got my microwave replaced, no fuss! Of course it was under warranty all I did was call it in, got it authorized, went out and replaced it and got the check in the mail a few days later!

Your service reps were very helpful calming me down and walking me through the whole process till I had my washer and drier fixed first we filed the claim then got in touch with the repair service then they showed up and fixed it without it I was going bonkers so here’s a good review for you.

When it comes to AC issues they become unfriendly and so very difficult. We have been without for WEEKS now. Different service companies keep coming in and saying all kinds of conflicting things and each time we hear them giving over the report and then we get some waiting for approval garbage. Now we’re supposed to pay the lion’s share of the cost because there is supposedly some kind of ridiculous cap that they only pay a little bit. Ok so I would never have signed up if I knew that! It wasn’t made clear to me AT ALL. Not even mentioned by the smooth sales rep who sold me this ridiculousness. I’m extremely pissed right now and hoping to get some kind of generous offer from you guys. I would love to talk to them straight but neither calls nor emails are being responded to so I guess I”ll post this and see what happens.

When I called to place my claim for the washer, I was on hold for just a few short minutes. The women who answered my call sounded genuinely concerned about my issue. She heard me out patiently, and afterwards sent me the info for the contractor. We made an appt for the next day. The next day the technician showed up pretty much on time and fixed my washer in a matter of minutes.

Over the past year I have filed 3 claims. Each was handled promptly and efficiently. The first was that my ice maker stopped working. We had someone come down within 2 days and he was able to fix it no problem. The next thing that broke was my dryer. It was making funny noises and not drying properly. We had a repairman at our house that same day. He didn’t have the part he needed, so he returned the next day and finished the job, which was ok with me. Recently our water heater sprung a leak. That was a real disaster for us. Luckily I was able to place an emergency claim, and we had someone come just a few hours later. I’m really happy with my home warranty, don’t know where I would be without it!!

We are with HSA many years, and we just renewed again! We repaired a heater, AC, washer and microwave. Some vendors are more efficient than others, but generally the job was done well. So far we have only positive things to say.

After purchasing a warranty together with our home we’ve seen it come to good use. Our fridge and dryer were both acting funny so we got the guys to come down and assess the situation. So the fridge was replaced and the dryer was fixed both good now that would have been 2 big expenses at once.

My AC was giving me attitude so I filed a complaint with HSA. I was contacted that same day by the heating and cooling company. We scheduled for 2 days later because it was the summer and they were busy. We managed ok with fans till they showed up and fixed the issue.

So this is how our saga went. Our freezer had a leak and was leaking all over the place. We called hsa to place the claim but couldn’t get in touch with someone as quick as we wanted so we opted to place the claim online instead. That went smoothly, a little while later we got a call back and explained the issue. Then we called the service vendor and set up an appointment. They came within the window given which was great. He fixed the freezer and left. Two days later its leaking again. We placed another claim and requested a different vendor. They were understanding and sent us someone else. He looked at what the other guy did, shook his head and did some tinkering of his own. Its been working like new since then.

I feel it’s a good idea to share my experience with my claim. My ac wasn’t working and we had them come down to see it. The contractor said it’s not worth our while to fix it he got approval from hsa and the very next day he installed a new one and took the bad one with him. Quick and easy I’m enjoying the new ac very much.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I need to let people know about HSA. They really keep to what they say, and come through. When my washing machine needed repairs, the tech came out that same day, identified the issue and ordered the parts. Two days later my washing machine was up and running again and has been working perfectly ever since. I am so happy with HSA and plan to renew my contract for as long as I can.

My elderly mother has been taken advantage of by every vendor sent out. They try to get her to pay extra for all kinds of things. I would expect more consideration being as she’s over 80 years old and without heat for a week already. Maybe this bad review will get you people moving.

For starters HSA has the best rates out there. Not to mention the customer service, vendors, and swiftness.

When we got back from vacation my home smelled like a sewer. We called HSA, got approved for a visit, the gentleman found our sump pump out of commission. He replaced it and rid us of the horrible stench. We are forever grateful.

We’ve had service from HSA but not that good. Took a long time for service to come to our house and when it did one of our claims was denied even though it’s covered in our policy. We’d already paid the service fee when they denied it and I don’t know why. We’re worried about using them again and looking for another company to use.

Have Made a Couple Claims with them and they Quickly Get someone out here and quickly approve the claim to have the items Fixed. First Furnace wasn’t working sent a company out fixed it for 2 days company comes back out to now replacing the furnace and HSA Quickly Reviewed the claim and got them out here to replace it. Im very glad i got HSA when i bought my house or i don’t know what i would be doing right now about the furnace if it wasn’t for HSA Thanks HSA I will Recommend you to Everyone and Will be definitely be Renewing
